3. Products and Services Description

We take great care to accurately describe and display our extensive range of archery products, including 3D Animal Targets, 3Di Targets, Alignment Aids, Arrow Making components, and specialised tools. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s screen will perfectly reflect the exact colours or details of physical products. All weights, dimensions, and capacities provided are approximate.

We reserve the right to discontinue or modify any product, specification, or service without prior notice. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for that product.

4. Ordering and Payment Terms

4.1 Order Process

Placing an item in your cart does not reserve it. An order is only formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse any order before acceptance.

4.2 Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated and are exclusive of any applicable taxes or duties, which may be added at checkout. We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal.

Your payment card will be charged at the point we process your order (within 1-2 business days). By providing your payment details, you confirm you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.

4.3 Shipping

Our detailed shipping policy is integral to these terms. By ordering, you agree to our shipping methods and timelines:

• Order Processing: 1-2 business days.
• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL/FedEx, delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch.
• Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS, delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch.

We ship globally but exclude some remote regions and parts of Asia. You are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees levied by your country.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Our commitment to fairness is outlined in our dedicated Shipping & Returns Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. Key points you agree to include:

• Returns must be initiated within 15 calendar days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags and accessories.
• A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be obtained from our team before returning any item.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of our inspection and approval.
• Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety, the following are final sale: Apparel & Merchandising, Arrow Lube, Arrow Wraps & Decals, Archery Netting (if cut to size), and all custom/made-to-order items.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Merlin Archery Shop, its suppliers, or licensors and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

The “Merlin Archery Shop” name and logo, and all related product and service names, are our trademarks. You may not use any meta tags or other “hidden text” utilising our name or trademarks without our express written consent. You are granted a limited, revocable license to access and make personal use of the Site, not to download or modify it, except with our express written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Merlin Archery Shop provides products and this Site on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

We will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from:
