3. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

- The item must be unused, unassembled, and in its original saleable condition.

5. Refund Timeline & Method
- Processing Time: After we receive and approve your return, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.
- Refund Method: The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Deductions: The original shipping fee (e.g., the $12.95 Standard Shipping charge) is non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost to send the replacement item to you.
6. Items That Cannot Be Returned
For reasons of hygiene, safety, and customization, the following items from our range are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged:

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, is defective, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a prepaid return label and expedite a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. Photos of the packaging and product are extremely helpful for our assessment.
