2. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be in its original, saleable condition: unused, unassembled, and with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
  • It must be returned within 15 calendar days of the delivery date.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

3. Step-by-Step Return/Exchange Process

Step 1: Contact Our Team (Required)

Before sending anything back, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange. This allows us to provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return address.

Step 2: Prepare Your Package

Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all parts, manuals, and free gifts. Include a copy of your receipt or a note with your order number and RMA number. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Step 3: Ship to Our Workshop

Send your package to the address provided in your RMA instructions. Please note:

  • Shipping Cost: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
  • We cannot be responsible for items lost in transit without a tracking number.

Once received, our team will inspect the item (with the precision of an Arrow Inspector). We will notify you via email about the status of your refund or exchange.

4. Refund Timeline & Method

  • Processing Time: After we receive and approve your return, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.
  • Refund Method: The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Deductions: The original shipping fee (e.g., the $12.95 Standard Shipping charge) is non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost to send the replacement item to you.

5. Items That Cannot Be Returned

For hygiene, safety, and customization reasons, the following items from our menu are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective:

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a prepaid return label and expedite a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. Photos of the packaging and product are extremely helpful.

Want to exchange for a different size, colour, or product (e.g., a different Arm Guard model)? Follow the return process above. In your initial email, clearly state the item you wish to receive as an exchange. We will ship the new item once the original is received and inspected.
