The Snow Goose is a species from the family of anatids. It can be found in the north-west of Greenland, in Northern Canada and the north-east of Siberia, but as a migrating bird spends its winters more to the south, mostly in the US.
The snow goose attains a body length between 60 to 70 cm and a body weight between 2.5 to 4 kg.
